Every commission is quoted by hand. We work on roughly twenty private commissions a year — interiors, gifts, trade pieces — alongside the catalogue collections.

Deposit
50% deposit to begin. The remainder on completion, before crating.

Make
Modelling, casting, finishing. Two photo updates as the piece progresses.
05Wk 11–12
Deliver
Crated, foam-lined, hand-delivered in Lahore or shipped.

What can you actually customize?+
Almost anything on the existing catalogue: size (within reason), finish, color, base material, inscription, the gesture or pose. We will tell you honestly if a change is structurally unwise — and what we'd suggest instead.
What can't you do?+
Religious iconography, weapons in working scale, replicas of identifiable other artists' work, anything cast in precious metal. We also can't do under-2-week turnarounds — the casting alone takes longer than that.
Can I see the piece before it ships?+
Yes. Two photo updates are included — one at the master mould stage, one before finishing. Karachi and Lahore clients can visit the workshop by appointment.
What if I don't like it?+
We don't begin casting until the sketch is approved by you, in writing. After that — if the finished piece doesn't match the sketch, we'll re-make it. If it matches and you simply changed your mind, the deposit is non-refundable.
International shipping?+
Yes — by air, foam-lined wood crate, fully insured. Add 2–4 weeks and customs at destination.
Trade and interior designers?+
We work with twelve studios on standing terms. Discount, priority queue, and a dedicated point of contact. Tell us your firm in the brief.
